Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

Version 2026-09-23. These terms are between iTech Plus ("we", "us") and the business that signs up ("you").

1. Who it's for

iTech Secure Connect is sold to businesses for business use. The person signing up confirms they're authorized to accept these terms for their company.

2. What you may not do

  • Anything illegal where you or the recipient are located, or in the United States.
  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages. Outgoing SMTP on port 25 is blocked.
  • Attack, scan or disrupt other systems, or try to get around another service's security or licensing.
  • Share, distribute or sell access to anyone outside your company.
  • Download or distribute content you don't have the rights to.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You're responsible for everything done through your account and your users' devices, and for keeping their VPN files private.
  • Remove a device promptly when someone leaves or a device is lost.
  • If a claim is brought against us because of how your users used the service in breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

4. Billing

  • You pay per person, monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up. Each person can use Secure Connect on up to 3 devices.
  • Changes to the number of people are prorated on your next bill.
  • A dedicated exit IP, used only by your company, is $29 per month on request.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If Secure Connect doesn't work for you, contact support within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that first payment in full and close the account. One refund per company. Later months aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still can't be collected, access is suspended until it is.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

5. Cancelling and ending the service

  • Cancel any time from Billing. Access runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then every device is removed.
  • We can suspend a device or an account that breaks these terms. Where it's safe to, we'll tell you first.
  • We can stop offering the service with at least 30 days' notice. If we do, we'll refund any time you've paid for and not used.

6. The service

  • No uptime guarantee. We run and monitor a single exit server today.
  • The shared exit IP is used by other customers and may change with notice. Don't use it as a trusted IP in an allowlist.
  • Support: helpdesk@itechplus.co, (321) 221-7117, 8am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday.
  • The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, including any legal or compliance requirement.

7. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows: our total liability for anything to do with the service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

8. Your data

  • We keep what we need to run and bill the service: your account details, the names you give devices, their VPN addresses and when each last connected. We don't keep logs of the websites your users visit.
  • Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Questions asked in the website chat are stored so we can review and improve the answers.
  • We don't sell your data. If law enforcement sends us valid legal process, we'll respond as the law requires.

9. Changes and law

  • We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms that affects you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Polk County, Florida.
