01The exit IP is shared
Other Secure Connect business customers leave from the same address. That's ideal for privacy and US access, but don't list it as a "trusted IP" in Microsoft 365 or a vendor allowlist. Need an address that's only yours? A dedicated IP is $29 a month.
02Business use only
No illegal activity, spam or abuse. Outgoing mail on port 25 is blocked. We can suspend a user who breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
03We don't keep browsing logs
We keep what we need to run and bill the service: account details, user names, VPN addresses and when each last connected. Not the sites your people visit.
04One location, New York
Big VPN brands list dozens of countries. We have one exit, because our customers need a US address. We monitor it, but we won't promise an uptime number like 99.9% until we can prove it.
Do my people need to be technical?
No. They install the free WireGuard app, then scan a QR code on a phone or import one file on a computer. If someone gets stuck, they can contact us.
Will it slow down our internet?
WireGuard is one of the fastest VPN protocols. Traffic does travel via New York, so people far from the US will notice some extra delay. Everyday work like email, web apps and video calls is fine.
What if it doesn't work for us?
Tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. We'd rather lose the sale than keep money for something that didn't help.
How many devices can each person use?
Up to 3, for example a laptop, a phone and a tablet. Each device gets its own file, so you can remove one without affecting the others.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Remove their devices in the dashboard. They stop working immediately. Then lower your number of people and the change shows on your next bill.
Someone lost their phone. Now what?
Click "New file" next to their name. The old file stops working and you get a fresh one for the new device.
Can I lock Microsoft 365 to this IP?
Not with the shared IP, because every other customer would pass that check too. For that you want a dedicated IP: an address only your company uses, for $29 a month. We set it up for you.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your dashboard, any time. Access continues to the end of the month you've paid for, then every user is removed.
